Can funny pickup lines or any kind of pick up line really work? Well, the answer really depends on the guy that is delivering the line. Regardless of whether a guy is using funny pickup lines or romantic pickup lines, there is always a chance that they won't work if the delivery of the line is lame. Let's use this for example: If you were a woman and a man came to you with one of these funny pickup lines like:"Are your legs tired? You've been running around in my head all night." If you were a woman and a guy delivered that line to you, you would probably laugh but not at the joke. You'd laugh at him

You would probably call yourself looney because of the way it was delivered. It's not that the line was distasteful or lame but you as the deliverer may not be up to par when it comes to getting the line to stick to the woman. So, how can we dress that line up? If you are standing in a long line at your favorite fast food restaurant and a fine young lady is in front of you, try this line; “Standing in this line must not be the only thing that has your legs tired. The other reason is because you have been running around in my thoughts for the last five minutes.” You will definitely get a smile and break the ice. Take it a step further and ask her what she is ordering. Tell her to have a seat and bring it over to her. She won't let you walk away without wanting to talk to you more. Sometimes all it takes is reworking funny pick up lines to fit your situation.
